【摘要】 从理论和实践的结合上探讨机械创新人才培养的意义,机械创新人才培养的模式和途径。并结合大连大学的做法认真探讨机械创新人才培养模式建立以及它的教学效果,为探索机械创新人才培养提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 From the integration of theory and practice to explore the significance of mechanical innovation and personnel training,we discussed mechanical model of training innovative talents and ways,and training model of mechanical innovation creation and teaching effectiveness.In order to explore innovation and personnel training to provide reference.
