【Abstract】 Polypeptides play multiply important physiological roles in living bodies,involving in many fields about hormones、nerve and cytokine、immunity、generation and so on.The functions of polypeptides are determined by their conformation.So the research on the relationship between conformation and activities of polypeptides have been giving rise to much attention,and these research methods also become researching hotspots.This review will focus on the research methods applied to study the structure-activity relationship of polypeptides.更多还原
