掺锶碳酸化羟基磷灰石多孔陶瓷溶解性能及溶解动力学的研究
Dissolubility and Dissoluble Kinetics of Sr and Carbonate co-Substituted Porous Hydroxyapatite Ceramics
【摘要】 通过生理盐水浸泡实验研究了掺锶碳酸化羟基磷灰石多孔陶瓷(Sr-CHA)的溶解性能。结果表明:碳酸根含量对多孔陶瓷溶解性能影响显著,通CO2气体引入碳酸根的制品溶解性能最好;Sr-CHA多孔陶瓷的溶解性能随掺锶量的增加而提高;通过对实验数据进行拟合,Sr-CHA多孔陶瓷在生理盐水中的溶解符合Avrami型溶解动力学模型方程。
【Abstract】 Based on the solubility experiment of several materials in brine,the dissolution of Sr and carbonate co-substituted hydroxyapatite porous ceramics (Sr-CHA) was studied. The results show that the way to introduce CO32-has great effect on solubility. The addition of CO2 gas results in the most dissolution properties of product. The dissolubility of Sr-CHA porous ceramics was improved with the increase of strontium content. By means of simulation of experiment data,the dissoluble kinetic equations of Sr-CHA were inferred,which corresponded to Avrami-type equation.
