抛光液酸碱度对超光滑表面质量影响的研究
Effect of acid alkali degree on quality of super smooth surface
【摘要】 为揭示抛光液酸碱度对超光滑表面的影响,采用浓度均为10%的酸性和碱性溶液对K9玻璃表面进行腐蚀.通过研究试件的粗糙度、硬度等参数发现不同酸碱度抛光液对试件腐蚀时间相同,但对试件表面质量影响不同.试验结果表明:抛光液酸碱度对超光滑表面质量的影响非常显著,进而提出抛光液酸碱度工艺参数指标:采用弱碱性抛光溶液更容易得到高质量的超光滑表面.
【Abstract】 In order to reveal the impact of acid alkali degree of polishing solution on the super smooth surface,10% of the acid and alkaline solutions are used to corrade the K9 super smooth surface. Analyses of roughness and hardness of the glass indicate that different pH values of the polishing solution have different effects on the quality of the super smooth surface during the same period of corrosion time.Thus the technical parameter of alkalescence solution is presented to obtain the super smooth surface with high quality.
