【Abstract】 The ZnS powder is prepared by hydrothermal method and coated with zinc carbonate hydroxide by homogeneous precipitation method.ZnO-coated ZnS particles can be obtained using calcine precursor.The powders are characterized by XRD,SEM and PL techniques.The results indicate that the coated-ZnS with different morphology can be prepared using different surfactant.The growth mechanism of ZnO-coated ZnS particles is discussed briefly.Its optical -characteristics are shown by analyzing its PL spectra.更多还原
