ZnS包覆及其光致发光研究
Synthesis of Coated ZnS Nanoparticles and Optical Characterization Research
【摘要】 应用水热法制备了立方相ZnS,通过均匀沉淀法得到ZnO包覆的ZnS颗粒。简单介绍了包覆的原理,对样品进行了XRD、SEM和光致发光光谱PL表征。结果表明,应用不同的表面活性剂可得到形貌各异的样品。
【Abstract】 The ZnS powder is prepared by hydrothermal method and coated with zinc carbonate hydroxide by homogeneous precipitation method.ZnO-coated ZnS particles can be obtained using calcine precursor.The powders are characterized by XRD,SEM and PL techniques.The results indicate that the coated-ZnS with different morphology can be prepared using different surfactant.The growth mechanism of ZnO-coated ZnS particles is discussed briefly.Its optical -characteristics are shown by analyzing its PL spectra.
