Al2O3陶瓷注射成型水基粘结剂喂料组成及脱脂工艺研究
Study on Feedstock Component and Debinding Technology for Al2O3 Ceramic Injection Molding with Water-based Binder
【摘要】 重点研究了Al2O3陶瓷注射成型水基粘结剂喂料的配比及其脱脂工艺。结果表明,当Al2O3粉料质量分数为80%、选用聚乙二醇/聚丙烯/聚乙稀/硬脂酸(m(PEG):m(PP):m(PE):m(SA)=61:17:17:5)水基粘结剂时,Al2O3陶瓷试样性能较好。水脱脂过程中,PEG脱除率随着水温的升高而增大,在50℃去离子水中脱脂4h,PEG脱除率可达74%。
【Abstract】 The feedstock component and debinding technology for alumina ceramic injection molding with water-based binder are mainly discussed.The results show that the Al2O3 ceramic with excellent performances can be obtained when the Al2O3 mass content is 80% and the binders are PEG/PP/PE/SA(m(PEG):m(PP):m(PE):m(SA)=61:17:17:5).During the debinding,the PEG debinding rate increases with the increase of water tempe-rature.And the PEG debinding rate is 74% after water-debinding for 4h at 50℃.
