退火处理对大应变冷拔珠光体钢丝性能和微观组织的影响

【摘要】 采用TEM观察了大应变冷拔SWRH72A钢丝经不同温度退火处理后的微观组织,并采用振动样品磁强计测量了钢丝磁学性能的变化。试验结果表明,大应变冷拔变形引起SWRH72A钢丝中渗碳体分解,部分碳原子溶入铁素体形成过饱和铁素体。变形后钢丝经200~300℃退火,由于渗碳体颗粒的弥散析出,钢丝强度升高到2400MPa。退火温度进一步升高到400℃,渗碳体片开始球化,钢丝强度大幅降低,但塑性显著增加。

【Abstract】 The microstructure changes of SWRH72A steel wire under severe plastic deformation during annealing are investigated by TEM.The changes in magnetic properties of steel wire are studied using VSM.The results illustrate that severe plastic deformation cause cementite decomposition and dissolution of partial carbon atoms into ferrite.Cementites precipitate which distribute dispersedly in matrix when the annealing temperature reaches 200~300℃,resulting in increasing the strength of wire up to 2400MPa.When the annealing temperature reaches 400℃,the strength of wire is decreased sharply,but the plasticity is enhanced observably.
