磷酸二氢钠催化合成羧酸糠醇酯

【摘要】 采用NaH2PO4.2H2O为催化剂,碳酸氢钠作缚酸剂,将糠醇分别与乙酸酐、丙酸酐进行反应,合成了乙酸糠醇酯和丙酸糠醇酯。讨论了反应时间、催化剂用量、醇和酸酐摩尔比和缚酸剂用量对反应的影响,优化反应条件下所合成的乙酸糠醇酯和丙酸糠醇酯的收率分别为86.2%和89.8%。产物结构用IR、1HNMR进行表征。

【Abstract】 Furfuryl acetate and furfuryl propionate were prepared by reaction of furfuryl alcohol with acetic anhydride and propionic anhydride respectively as starting materials,sodium dihydrophosphate as catalyst and sodium bicarbonate as acid captor.Effects of reaction time,catalyst dosage and acid captor dosage as well as the mole ratio between the furfuryl alcohol and the acid anhydrides on the product yield were discussed and the optimal conditions were identified.The recovery of furfuryl acetate and furfuryl propionate achieves 86.2% and 89.8% respectively.The product structures were characterized by IR and 1HNMR.
