【摘要】 在大肠杆菌中表达HPV16 E6重组蛋白.利用自行构建的重组质粒pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6,经IPTG诱导表达HPV16 E6重组蛋白.实验结果表明,重组质粒pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6在大肠杆菌中经IPTG诱导成功表达出HPV16 E6重组蛋白.HPV16E6重组蛋白的制备为宫颈组织中HPV16型感染的早期诊断和宫颈癌治疗性疫苗的研制奠定了物质基础.更多还原

【Abstract】 HPV16 E6 recombinant protein is expressed in E.coli.The self-built recombinant plasmid pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6 is induced by IPTG to express recombinant protein HPV16E6.Results show that the HPV16E6 recombinant protein induced by IPTG is expressed successfully in E.coli,using the recombinant plasmid pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6.The preparation of HPV16E6 recombinant protein establishes a material foundation for the early diagnosis for HPV16 in cervical tissue and that of therapeutic vaccine about HPV16.更多还原
