【摘要】 随着教学管理信息化的到来,高校传统的教学管理理念、管理流程已无法适应环境的变化,并导致了工作流程不明确、责任与权利不清晰、人为因素干扰严重,造成了管理混乱。为此,高校教学管理业务流程要进行优化。优化的基本内容是清除原有流程中所有非增值活动,简化剩下的活动,然后再予整合、集成,在此基础上,以信息技术为支撑,建立网上综合教学管理流程的技术平台,实行业务流程管理自动化,进入自动化阶段后反过来促进流程任务的清除、简化和整合,从而实现教学管理的有效性、高效性和适应性。更多还原
