【摘要】 本文介绍了CaSiO3的性质及应用,并采用平面波超软赝势法对其晶体结构结构进行了优化,计算了晶格常数,并对计算结果进行了分析。优化后的晶体参数能很好的与实验数据吻合。为CaSiO3的设计和应用提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the nature and application of CaSiO3,and the use of ultra-soft plane-wave pseudopotential method has optimized the crystal structure,calculated the lattice constant.The calculation results have been analyzed.The optimized crystal parameters can be a very good agreement with the experimental data,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of CaSiO3.
