浅析涂膏式正熟极板弯曲的影响因素

【摘要】 涂膏式正极板在外化成过程中,总是存在一定程度的弯曲,这些极板的弯曲情况对电池的装配灌酸影响较大,以至影响电池的性能和寿命。本文试图从极板的内在和外在因素两方面来分析涂膏式正极板弯曲的原因,并提出了相应的措施。

【Abstract】 The buckling of the pasted positive plates often occurs during tank formation.It can have significant influence on the operations of battery-assembling and acid-filling,and then on the performance and the life of the battery.This paper will try to analyse the causation of the buckling of the pasted positive plates in both internal and external aspects,and offer the solution to it.
