概率论破舱稳性新规则对汽车滚装船的影响及对策研究
Influence of new regulation for damaged stability on vehicle ro-ro carrier and the countermeasures
【摘要】 针对SOLAS规范破舱稳性规则的变化,结合某型汽车滚装船设计对新规则的变化和要求作了具体介绍和分析;同时通过新老规则的对比,探讨了因满足新规则要求对汽车滚装船所采取的相应措施。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the change of SOLAS regulation on damaged stability,this paper makes detailed introduction and analysis on changes and requirements of new regulation with trial sail.New and old regulation has also been compared to discuss the relevant measures for vehicle ro-ro ship to accord with the new regulation.
