Eu2+,Dy3+激发氯硅镁钙荧光材料发光特性的研究
Study on Luminescence Properties of Eu2+,Dy3+ Doped CMSC Phosphor
【摘要】 采用高温固相法合成了Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Dy3+和Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Eu2+,Dy3+荧光粉.Dy3+激发的Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2荧光粉发射光谱在蓝光区和黄光区有两个发射带,分别对应4F9/2→6H1 5/2和4F9/2→6H1 3/2的跃迁发射,蓝光和黄光混合成白光,通过Dy3+浓度改变可以调节白光的色温和色坐标.Eu2+,Dy3+共激发Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2的发光强度明显比单掺Eu2+荧光粉的高,这是由于Dy3+→Eu2+之间存在共振能量传递.
【Abstract】 The phosphors,Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Dy3+ and Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2∶Eu2+,Dy3+,were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction.The emission spectrum of Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2 activated by Dy3+ consists of two emission bands: blue band and yellow band,originated from 4F9/2→6H15/2,and 4F9/2→6H13/2 transition.Dy3+ concentration affects color coordination and color temperature of the sample.The intensity of Eu2+ and Dy3+ co-doped CMSC is stronger than that of Eu2+ singly doped CMSC.It indicates that a energy transfer from Dy3+ to Eu2+ takes place in CMSC∶Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor.
