基于机器视觉的玻璃表面缺陷检测系统的研究
A Study on the Glass Surface Defect Inspection System Based on Machine Vision
【摘要】 介绍了玻璃表面缺陷检测方法与原理,研究开发了基于机器视觉的玻璃表面检测系统。针对实际的目标图像,通过对其进行图像获取、图像预处理、图像分割、特征提取和区域参数计算研究,从而获得玻璃表面缺陷图像的识别信息。实验表明,该算法简单、速度快、系统抗干扰能力强,能满足实际使用的要求。
【Abstract】 The principle and method for detecting glass surfacial defects were introduced and the machine-vision-based detection system for glass surface inspection was developed.Aiming at the actual target picture,through image acquisition,image pretreatment,image division,characteristic extraction and research on regional parameter computation the recognization information of image of glass surfacial defects was obtained.The experiments indicate that this arithmetic is simple,rapid and interference-free.Therefore it can meet the requests for practical application.
