三电平逆变器SVPWM直接转矩控制方法
A Novel SVPWM Direct Torque Control Method of Three-level Inverter
【摘要】 二极管中点箝位型三电平逆变器广泛用于中高压大容量交流调速系统,具有对器件耐压要求低、输出谐波含量低和控制性能好等优点。直接转矩控制方法拥有快速的转矩响应、对电机参数变化的鲁棒性等优点。文章采用中长矢量合成的方法,提出了一种新的空间矢量调制方法,应用于二极管中点箝位型三电平逆变器的直接转矩控制。仿真结果表明,该方法有效地控制了逆变器的中点电压,抑制了电压跳变。
【Abstract】 Neutral-point-champed three-level inverter of diode is widely used in AC speed modulating system with middle-high voltage and big capacity.The advantage includes few requirements to voltage resistance of component,low content of harmonic and good performance of control.The direct torque control method has some merits in terms of fast torque response,robustness against the motor parameter variation.A new SVPWM is presented based on the synthesizing of middle and long vectors to apply on the direct torque control of three-level neutral-point-champed inverter.The simulations show that it can effectively control the neutral point voltage of inverter and voltage flicks.
