【摘要】 随着经济的高速发展,北京市正面临着资源短缺和环境污染的巨大压力,其中,工业固体废弃物作为城市环境污染问题的主要来源之一,更是成为制约北京构建和谐社会的瓶颈之一。通过对北京市近年来工业固体废弃物排放和再利用的研究和分析,提出新时期基于循环经济的首都城市工业固体废弃物再利用模式,以求对北京市的经济和社会发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy,Beijing is facing the pressure of resource shortage and environmental pollution.Among them,the industrial solid waste is the main source of environmental pollution in this city,which has become one of the major bottlenecks restricting Beijing to build a harmonious society.In this paper,through the research and analysis of industrial solid waste discharge and re-use in Beijing in recent years,we put forward the industrial solid waste re-use model in the new period of the capital city based on recycling economy theory,in order to make contribution to Beijing’s economic and social development.更多还原
