【摘要】 为了解我国优秀散打运动员攻防转换分类及特点,采用文献资料法、录像分析法、统计法等研究方法,对散打进攻、防守和攻防转换的相关概念,攻防转换的类型,优秀散打运动员攻防转换技术类型特点进行研究。结果显示,攻防转换类型呈现多样性,不同级别的优秀散打运动员攻防转换技术类型存在差异,优秀散打运动员攻防转换能力在战术形式上倾向于打防守反击、判断准确且灵活等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the classification and characteristics of attack and defense conversion of excellent Sanda athletes in China,by methods of mathematical statistics,literature information and analysis of video,the paper makes a research on correlate concept of attack and defense and attack and defense conversion,attack and defense types,and characteristics of technical sort of attack and defense conversion of excellent Sanda athletes.It indicate that attack and defense type is various,that the overall characteristics of technical sort of attack and defense conversion of excellent Sanda athletes incline to attack-post-defense,that their technical sort of attack and defense conversion of different ranks are different,that the ability of attack and their defense conversions have the following characteristics: being inclined to attack-post-defense in the tactics form,judging accurately and converting quickly.更多还原
