【Abstract】 In recent years,much concern has been paied to the program of cultivating village cardres from university graduates by the Party and the government.The carrying out of this program has greatly enriched the connotations of the road of cultuvating youth intellectuals in this country.The village cardres from university graduates have made a great contribution to the construction of new socialist villages in Beijing.Universities and colleges,however,need to reinforce the cultivation of village cardres and to explore stronger support of policies from both the government and all walks of life.更多还原
