【摘要】 文章分析了硅铁反应的机理,指出生产中控制还原剂加入量的重要性。精料入炉以及合理的电炉参数是提高硅铁产品质量,降低能耗的方向。

【Abstract】 In this paper,it is analyzed the reaction mechanism of silicoferrite,and pointed out the significances of controlling quantity of added reductant.It is the guidance for improving quality of silicoferrite products and reducing energy consumption to put beneficiated burden materials in furnaces and choose rational electric furnace parameters.
