【摘要】 水环境质量直接关系到人民群众的健康与经济发展及社会稳定的大局。利用水质监测数据,采用国家有关标准,对和布克赛尔县水资源和开发利用现状及水环境质量进行了现状分析评价。选择县城工业和生活污水排污口、和什托洛盖镇生活污水排污口及和什托洛盖镇水泥厂排污口为研究对象,各排污口年污水排污量计算以日排污量乘以年排污天数;废污水中某污染物年排放量计算以排污口监测废污水中某污染物的排放量乘以一年的排放天数。根据分析计算数据,采用污染物排放折存量排序法、污染物超标排序法对各个排污口排污等现状和主要污染物概况进行了评价,提出了相应的保护措施和建议,为区域水资源的合理开发利用及水环境保护提供基本的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is close relationship between water environment quality and people’s health,economic development,social stability general situation.Using the water surveillance data,we have carried on the present situation analysis appraisal by the national standard to the Hebukesaier County water resources and the development and the water environment quality.Choose the county industry end the sanitary sewage pollution outlet,the Heshituogai town sanitary sewage pollution outlet and the Heshituouluogai town cement plant pollution outlet as the object of study,the amount of year sewage pollution discharge of each pollution outlet is that day pollution discharge multiplied by days of year pollution discharge;the year amount of some pollutant in waste sewage is that the pollution outlet amount of each day multiplied by days of year pollution discharge.According to the analysis estimated data,used the pollutant discharge parity unit deposits quantity rank order method,the pollutant exceeding the allowed figure rank order method to present situations and the main pollutant survey and so on each pollution outlet pollution discharge has carried on the appraisal,proposed the corresponding protective measures and the suggestion,provided the basic reference for the region water resource’s reasonable development use and the water environment protection.更多还原
