【Abstract】 Univeristy library can provide a lot of help in technique,talents,information service,spiritual motivation and intelligence for the construction of new countryside culture depending on its great deal of internet information,trained talents and advantaged foundation,and it can also play an acitive and important role in it.This paper puts forward the idea of how university serves new countryside culture from the aspects of aim,significance,advantage and feasibility,effect,approaches and methods.更多还原
