【Abstract】 In today’s China,Bill fraud is a very rampant crime which gets involved in huge amount of money and it has done a great harm to the financial management structure.This paper adhered to the real situation of finance,examined bills fraud issues,analyzed the characteristics and laws of fraud and gave a general analysis of the new typed economic crime by probing into it from the angles of concept features,specific types,the constitution of crimes and the stance against crimes,looking forward to promoting the study of bills fraud issues in our country.更多还原
