【摘要】 目的检测埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)和钙黏素E(E-cadherin)在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与膀胱尿路上皮癌侵袭转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例膀胱尿路上皮癌病理组织切片中Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达。结果在54例无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中28例Ezrin异常表达(51.85%),在26例有转移的癌组织中20例(76.92%)Ezrin异常表达;在54例无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中22例(40.74%)E-cadherin异常表达,而在26例有转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中18例(69.23%)E-cadherin异常表达。无转移的膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中二者异常表达均低于有转移者,差异有显著性(χ2=4.596、5.698,P<0.05)。Ezrin异常表达与E-cadherin异常表达呈显著的正相关性(r=0.898,P<0.05)。结论Ezrin和E-cadherin与膀胱尿路上皮癌的浸润和转移密切相关,可以作为预测膀胱尿路上皮癌转移的重要肿瘤标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma and evaluate their possible roles in metastasis.Methods Expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 80 specimens of the cancer(26 with metastasis,54 without metastasis).Results The abnormal expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin were significantly higher in the cases with metastasis than in those without(76.92% vs 51.85%,69.23% vs 40.74%,P<0.05).The abnormal expression of Ezrin was positively correlated with that of E-cadherin(r=0.898,P<0.05).ConclusionEzrin and E-cadherin are closely related with invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer,which may be used as markers in predicting metastasis of the disease.更多还原
