【摘要】 企业员工持股计划实际上就是指本企业员工通过贷款、现金支付等方式拥有本企业股票,并委托给一法人机构托管运作,而且该机构代表员工进入公司董事会,并按所持股份分享公司利润,参与企业的具体管理的过程。企业员工持股计划被实践证明是一种有效的激励手段,但是目前我国企业员工持股计划存在诸多问题,本文主要是对我国企业员工持股计划实施现状进行了分析,提出了企业员工持股计划实施的对策,希望对积极推动企业员工持股计划的实施有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employee stock ownership plan requires that Employees hold the company’s stock by loan or paying cash,and delegate a corporation as representative,and the corporation send a member in the board of directors on behalf of the employees,the corporation will take part in the company’ management according to it’s shares.Employee stock ownership plan is proved an effective means of motivation,but there are many problems in it’ implementation.So the article analysis the problems,and give out the countermeasures.Those countermeasures will helpful to the implementation of employee stock ownership plan.更多还原
