【Abstract】 Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly targets the synovial membrane,cartilage and bone.Cytokines are regulatory proteins that are produced by immunocyte or some nonimmune cells and act as intercellular mediators in the generation and control of immune and inflammatory responses.Cytokines are directly implicated in many of the immune processes that are associated with the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.This review focuses on the crucial effector function of cytokines in the immunological processes that are central to the pathogenesis of synovitis and articular destruction of rheumatoid arthritis.更多还原
