【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因及防治措施。方法21例术后出血患者分别通过四种方法止血:注射器加压加速冲洗膀胱,通畅后加大Foley氏三腔尿管气囊容量,增加尿管拉力;拔血器清除膀胱内积聚血块;电切镜止血;开放手术止血。结果21例术后出血患者,注射器加压加速冲洗止血8例,拔血器处理止血4例,电切镜止血6例,再次开放手术止血3例,未发生严重并发症及死亡。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后出血的原因是多方面的,术前完善准备、术中止血确切及保证术后冲洗通畅是减少术后出血的关键,一旦发生出血,通过上述方法均能满意止血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the cause,prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after transurethral resection of prostate.Methods 21 cases of hemorrhage after TURP were treated with 4 kinds of hemostasis methods:method one,using syringe douche bladder with accelerating speed and pressure,increasing balloon volume of foley catheter after unobstructed and increasing the tension of catheter.Method two,cleaning out the blood clot within the bladder with instrument.Method three,stanching with resectoscope.Method four,opening operation to achieve hemostasis.Results Among 8 cases of method one,4 cases of method two,6 cases of method three,3 cases of method four,there were no severe complications and death in all 21 cases.Conclusions The cause of hemorrhage after TURP is complex.Complete preoperative preparation,radical intraoperative hemostasis and keeping the catheter unobstructed after operation are the key factors to reduce hemorrhage after TURP.Four methods above have gained satisfactory results.更多还原
