【摘要】 目的:观察分析溶栓联合脑保护剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法:治疗组14例在溶栓治疗的同时,给予脑细胞保护剂(依达拉奉)治疗。对照组52例给予一般常规治疗和脑细胞保护剂。对两组的疗程疗效、神经功能缺损评分改善情况和安全性进行全面的分析评判。结果:接受溶栓+脑保护剂治疗的患者比接受一般常规治疗+脑保护剂治疗的患者的疗效有极显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论:溶栓联合脑保护剂治疗急性脑梗死是疗效非常显著的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of UK and edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 14 patients with acute cerebral infarction were given UK and edaravone; 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction were given multiple therapies with traditional Chinese medicine and edaravone. Results: In the treating group the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group. After treatment the improvement degree of neurofunctional deficits in the treating group was more significant than that of the control group (p<0.01).
