【摘要】 [目的]测定不同产地火炭母药材总鞣质的含量,建立紫外分光光度法测定火炭母总鞣质的方法。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照品,测定火炭母总鞣质的含量。[结果]不同产地火炭母药材样品中总鞣质含量为1.86%～3.96%。[结论]紫外分光光度法测火炭母总鞣质含量,方法简便、可靠,可用于火炭母的质量控制,利于其深度开发利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The aim was to determine the tannins content of Polygonum chinense L.from different growing areas and establish UV spectrophotometry method to determine the tannins.[Method]With gallic acid as control substance,UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determinate the tannins content.[Result]The content of tannins in the samples was 1.86%-3.%%.[Conclusion]The method is simple and reliable,and could be used to control the quality of P.chinense L.更多还原
