【摘要】 当前城市地价空间结构的研究方法有多种,主要是基于单个城市的地价空间分布的定级估价理论和多个城市的土地地域差异的城市土地分等理论,这两种方法都没能充分满足城市圈地价空间结构研究。引力模型是强调城市间要素的相互联系性,它测度了城市圈各城市的质量、城市间距离、城市综合潜力等因素,将该模型应用到城市圈地价空间结构的研究中,并实践该模型在城市圈地价空间结构中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current spatial structure of city land has a variety of research methods,mainly based on the individual city’s land evaluation,spatial distribution of theory and a number of cities in the land of geographical differences town land classification theory,these two methods failed to fully meet the metropolitan complex price structure of space.Gravity model emphasized the interrelationship among inter-city elements,which measured the quality of city,inter-city distance,the city’s comprehensive potential and other factors.The model was applied in the spatial structure researches of metropolitan circle land price.The application of the model was put into practice in the spatial structure of metropolitan circle land price.更多还原
