【摘要】 [目的]了解桃花切枝春节催花的方法及保鲜技术。[方法]分3个采收阶段对‘锦春’桃的花枝进行了催花试验,并以不同浓度的蔗糖作为外源营养供体,添加不同浓度的6-BA,配制了7种瓶插液,对其进行了保鲜研究。[结果]不同时间采切的枝条所需要的催花时间明显不同;在瓶插液中添加5%蔗糖和15 mg/L 6-BA能够显著提高其开花率和完全开花率,延长瓶插寿命,效果最佳。[结论]利用生产技术结合保鲜技术进行催花和延长桃花切枝的瓶插寿命是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study was to find out the method of flower induction and fresh-keeping of branch-cutting of peach in Spring Festival period.[Method] The flower induction experiment of ’Jin Chun’ peach was studied at three harvest levels.The sucrose as nutrition was used to treat the branch-cutting of peach,and different density of 6-BA was added,which were constituted 7 kinds of vase-solutions.[Result] The results showed that the time of flower induction of the harvested branches at different harvest time was evidently different.Adding 5% sucrose and 15 mg/L 6-BA in vase-solution could increase the percent of opened and full opened flowers greatly,prolong vase-life,which was the best mixture in this study.[Conclusion]Using produce with fresh-keeping technology to study flower induction and prolong the vase-life of branch-cutting of peach is feasible.更多还原
