【摘要】 [目的]为三唑酮应用于蚕豆壮苗、抗倒伏,提高产量提供理论依据。[方法]研究了不同浓度(0、10、20、40、60、80、100 mg/L)三唑酮浸种和不同处理方式(水浸+喷水,水浸+喷三,三浸+喷水,三浸+喷三)对蚕豆幼苗形态指标和叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]各试验处理条件下,三唑酮浸种蚕豆幼苗株高、节间距受到明显抑制,主根长度有所缩短,叶面积减小,叶绿素含量显著增加。同时,以10mg/L三唑酮浸种和叶面喷施相结合的处理抑制蚕豆幼苗生长较明显。[结论]三唑酮能够矮化蚕豆幼苗,具有一定的壮苗效应,并能提高植株抗倒伏的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the theoretical basis for applying triadimefon to enhance strong seedling,lodging resistance and yield of Vicia faba.[Method] The effects of seed-soaking with different concentrations(0,10,20,40,60,80,100 mg/L) and different treatment methods of triadimefon on the morphologic indices and chlorophyll content in V.faba seedlings were studied.[Result] After soaking seeds with triadimefon,the plant height,internode of V.faba seedlings was obviously inhibited under different treatment conditions.The taproot length and leaf area were decreased and chlorophyll content was significantly increased.Furthermore,the method of soaking seeds and spraying seedlings with 10 mg/L triadimefon inhibited evidently the growth of V.faba seedlings.[Conclusion] Triadimefon could dwarf V.faba seedlings and enhance strong seedling and lodging resistance of V.faba seedlings.更多还原
