【摘要】 [目的]研究使用化学试剂处理对贮藏马铃薯品质的影响。[方法]以费乌瑞它、威芋3号、大西洋、中薯3号、黔芋1号为试验材料,贮藏4个月,每个月测定其相关化学成分的变化。[结果]与对照相比,使用化学试剂处理的马铃薯淀粉含量的下降速度较慢,干物质损失不大,Vc、还原糖、粗蛋白含量下降幅度较小。[结论]使用化学试剂处理后由于马铃薯未出芽,其品质变化不大,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Object] The aim was to study the effect of chemical reagent treatment on potato quality.[Method] With Feiwuruita,Weiyu3,Atlantic,Zhongshu 3,Qianyu 1 as materials,the potatoes were stored for four months and determined chemical constituent change each month.[Result] The study showed that compared to control,starch content of potato treated by chemical reagent decreased slower,the dry matter,vitamin C,reducing sugar and crude protein content had a litter loss.[Conclusion] The quality of potato treated by chemical reagent changed little,the way was worth to popularization.更多还原
