【摘要】 Cre/LoxP系统是一种对转入基因进行定点操作的基因重组系统,在遗传操作中具有重要作用。该系统可以将外源基因定点整合到染色体上或将特定DNA片断删除。

【Abstract】 Cre/LoxP system is important to genetic operation,used for site-specific recombination of transferred gene.With the system,exogenous gene is integrated to specific site of chromosome,or specific DNA fragment is deleted.
