【摘要】 在历史文化名城的建设和发展中,必须正确处理城市发展和历史文化保护的关系,尊重城市发展的历史。本文通过对发展与保护关系的分析,试从中找出有机统一的内容,提出行之有效的对策建议,使我国名城走上真正健康、快速、和谐发展之路。

【Abstract】 In the historical and cultural city construction and development,we must correctly handle the history and culture of urban development and protection,respect for the history of urban development.The paper try to find the content of the organic unity towords the relationship between development and protection of the analysis,to make sure to of our city took a real healthy,fast and harmonious development.
