粉煤灰制备聚硅酸铁铝复合混凝剂正交实验分析
Orthogonal experimental optimum analysis for preparation of complex coagulant PSFA from fly ash
【摘要】 采用正交实验的研究方法对用粉煤灰制备聚硅酸铝铁混凝剂的工艺参数进行了优化分析.研究结果表明影响混凝效果的工艺参数主次顺序依次为酸浸时间、聚合时间、pH值、焙烧时间,优化值酸浸时间为30min、聚合时间为2 h、pH值为3、焙烧时间为24 h,此时对市政合流污水的浊度去除率为98%.此外该产品和其他市售混凝剂相比具有出水浊度低,混凝沉淀快,处理成本低等特点.
【Abstract】 Preparation for complex coagulant PSFA from Fly Ash was optimized and analyzed by orthogonal experimental methods.The results showed that the order of important of technological parameters affecting coagulation process were acid pickling time,polymerization time,pH and roasting time,98% of NTU removal efficiency was obtained for the treatment of municipal combined sewers under the optimal experimental values(30min、2h、3、24h).Moreover,it has many advantages such as lower turbidity of effluent,faster coagulation sedimentation rate and less treatment expenses compared with other commercial coagulants.
