基于独立成分分析的乙酰螺旋霉素药片组成分布与共存性研究
Investigation of composition profiles and components coexistence of acetylspiramycin tablets based on independent component analysis
【摘要】 对12种取自不同厂家的乙酰螺旋霉素(ASPM)药片按照我国药典规定的检测方法分别测定其高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,利用平均场-独立成分分析(MF-ICA)对HPLC指纹图谱进行处理.结果表明:ASPM药片独立组分数目为3,包括相互依存的有效成分、赋形剂及其他微量成分;所提取的独立组分反映了药物组成分布与共存性信息,可为药品的生产过程提供指导,同时对研究ASPM片的药理活性提供借鉴.
【Abstract】 According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) fingerprints of acetylspiramycin(ASPM) tablets from 12 pharmaceutical factories were first determined,respectively.Then the HPLC fingerprints were processed by mean field-independent component analysis(MF-ICA).It was found that the number of independent components(ICs) of the ASPM tablets was 3,in which the coexisting active components,the excipients,and the minor components were contained.The extracted ICs,which show the information of the constitutional distribution and component coexistence of the ASPM tablets,can provide useful information for the production process and for investigation of structure activity relationship(SAR) of ASPM.
