超大型原油船挂舵臂的铸造工艺研究
Research on Casting Technology of Rudder Horn of Super Large Oil Tanker
【摘要】 挂舵臂铸件毛坯重130t,采用地坑组芯造型,砂芯面砂采用铬矿砂,合理设置浇注系统、冷铁、冒口等,并经过计算机模拟工艺优化。应用优化的工艺进行了实际生产,结果表明,工艺措施正确、合理,生产出的铸件组织致密,性能优良,符合国际标准的要求。
【Abstract】 The weight of rudder horn casting is 130 t,foundation bed core assembly molding is adopted,chromite sand is used as core sand and surface sand,gating system,chills and risers are set reasonably,computer simulation is used to optimize the technology,then the optimized technology is verfied in the production.The results show that the casting technology is correct and reasonable,the casting produced is dense and has superior properties,which can meet the specification of international standard.
