【摘要】 利用分光光度计和芝麻油快速测定仪对市场可能掺伪芝麻油、实验调配的掺伪芝麻油进行测定分析。结果表明,分光光度计法和芝麻油快速测定仪均可实现掺伪芝麻油的定性测定和一定程度的定量测定。而芝麻油快速测定仪测定法更加简便、快捷,可用于现场检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 The determination and analysis on commercial sesame oil probably adulterated with other vegetable oil,and the adulterated sesame oil blended in laboratory were completed by spectrophotometer and sesame oil rapid tester.The results showed that both spectrophotometer method and sesame oil rapid tester could be used to qualitatively determine the sesame oil and quantitatively determine in a certain degree.Sesame oil rapid tester method is fast and easy,it can be used on-site detection.更多还原
