【摘要】 目的:探讨中山市创伤住院患者的伤因、伤情和救治情况。方法:以中山市中医医院3888例创伤病员为研究对象,采用病历回顾性调查方式获取各种意外损伤情况资料并进行常规数据统计和分析。结果:创伤患者以年轻人为主,男女性别之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,男性为多),发病年龄平均为(38.25±5.86)岁;交通事故和器械伤是意外伤害的主要致伤原因;创伤部位以头、四肢和多发伤为主,其中头面部伤为15.72%,腕、手外伤占13.37%,膝、小腿伤占18.67%;患者治愈率为63.14%,好转率为35.29%,未治转院或未愈率为0.69%,死亡率为0.57%。结论:年轻人是本地区创伤高危人群;交通、工伤和治安依次是本地区主要病因,其中以肢体的末端、关节伤、头颅外伤发病最为常见,伤者多能得到早期及时救治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the injury cause,traumatic condition and remedy informations of traumatic patients in hospital in Zhongshan city.Methods:3888 cases of traumatic patients from TCM hospital in Zhongshan city were selected for the research,datas of various kinds of Ac cidental injury information on them were obtained with retrospective review style from clinical records and carried out routine data statistics and an- alyzation.Result:Sapling was mainly seen in traumatic patients,there had significant difference between male and female ( P<0.05,male was main.),and age of onset was averagely (38.25±5.86) years.Traffic accidents and injuries of instrument were the main vulnerated cause of ac cidents.The main traumatic parts were heads,limbs and multiple injury,the rate of head-face injuries was 15.72%,that of wrist and hand in juries was 13.37%,and that of knees and legs was 18.67%.Cure rate of patients was 63.14%,improvement rate was 35.29%,rate of un- treatment but to change hospital or unrecovery was 0.69% and death rate was 0.57%.Conclusion:Sapling was high-risk group of trauma in this area.Traffic,trauma and public security were by turns main causes,trauma of limb extremity,joints and heads was seen frequently.They could obtain earlier-period and prompt remedy on the whole.更多还原
