【摘要】 目的:考察在中国文化背景下,文化智力(CI)的结构是否符合四因素模型以及文化智力是否可与情绪智力(EQ)区分。方法:采用问卷调查法,通过使用往返翻译出的EQ、CI问卷中文版对351名在校中国大学生进行施测,并对结果进行了相关分析、探索性和验证性因素分析。结果:文化智力中文版各维度的α系数在0.86-0.93之间。探索性因素分析得出与原有模型一致的四个因素元认知、认知、动机、行为,共可解释67.35%的变异,因素负荷范围为0.49-0.85。验证性因素分析验证了四因素模型具有最优拟合度,CFI、IFI、NFI均大于0.95,RMSEA=0.09。两个问卷36个项目的探索性和验证性因素分析得出与CI、EQ对应的2因素模型为最佳模型(GFI、NFI、CFI均大于0.90,RMSEA=0.08)。结论:文化智力四因素模型具有跨文化的一致性;文化智力与情绪智力是相关却独立的心理特征;初步证明了文化智力中文问卷的构思效度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine whether the Cultural Intelligence(CI) structure accords with four-factor CI model and whether there is difference between structures of CI and Emotional Intelligence(EQ).Methods:Questionnaire survey was used and 351 college students were assessed with the Chinese version of EQ questionnaire and CI questionnaire.Then correlation analysis and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted.Results:The reliability coefficients of CI ranged from 0.86 to 0.93.Exploratory Factor Analysis showed CI Chinese version had four factors(which could explain 67.35% variance and the load of factors varied from 0.49 to 0.85).Confirmatory Factor Analysis indicated that four-factor model of CI was the most suitable model(CFI,IFI,NFI>0.95;RMSEA=0.09).The same analysis measurements on 36 items of CI and EQ supported two-factor model,which proved they were structurally independent(GFI,NFI,CFI>0.90;RMSEA=0.08).Conclusion:Four-factor CI model has been proved cultural free in China.CI and EQ are related but independent concepts.The construct validity of cultural intelligence has been proved.更多还原
