【Abstract】 The integration of multi-services in to the Internet will bring challenges to the maintenance of quality of service, information security, and trustworthiness. The real-name system, hierarchical structure, meter, monitoring and audit, traffic planning and access control, expansion of address space, and comprehensive evaluation of network credibility are effective measures that will be helpful in improving the performance of the Internet.
