【摘要】 目的探讨缬沙坦对高血压并阵发性心房颤动患者的临床效果.方法将60名高血压合并阵发性房颤患者随机分成缬沙坦治疗组与氨氯地平对照组,比较24个月后维持窦性心律的情况与左房大小等参数变化。结果治疗组维持窦性心律的情况优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组左房结构功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦对高血压并阵发性心房颤动患者的维持窦性心律及改善左房功能有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper is to observe the effect of Valsartan in treatment of hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with atrial fibrillation were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups.The trial group were treated with Valsartan and the control group were treated with Amlodipine.The duration of observation was up to two years.we Compared the two groups with the rate of sinus rhythm and changes in left atrial function.Results After two years of follow-up,there was a significant difference between the two groups.The rate of sinus rhythm in trial group was higher than the control group and improvement of left atrial function in the trial group was better than the control group.Conclusion Valsartan can reduce the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in hypertensive patients and improve left atrial function.更多还原
