北京市海淀区2006年食品污染物监测理化指标分析

【摘要】 目的:对北京市海淀区10大类食品中污染物进行监测,并对监测结果进行评价。方法:在市区主要农贸市场和超市随机采取粮食、蔬菜、海产品、生鸡肉、鲜食用菌等10类食品,165个样品,测定铅、镉等25项监测指标。结果:本区重金属污染主要是猪肾和食用菌中的镉污染,超标率分别为90%和46.7%;本次监测的20份熟肉制品中,6种色素均未检出,但防腐剂超标率达30%,其中苯甲酸、山梨酸、亚硝酸盐分别超标10%;茶叶样品中氟化物含量超标率10%,蔬菜中12项有机磷指标和面粉中铝的监测结果均低于国家限量标准。结论:除了猪肾和食用菌中镉和食品添加剂中防腐剂外,本区其他食品中污染并不严重。

【Abstract】 Objictive:To monitor 10 pollution circumstance of the big foods in Haidian District and carry on an evaluation as a result to the monitor.Methods:Analyze Pb,Cd etc 25 indexes in 10 types of foods in Haidian District main agriculture market and supermarket in 165 samples.Results:The pollution of heavy metals mainly was Cd in pig kidnney and edible germ.The supermarkets accounted for 90% and 46.7%.Six kinds of dyes in 20 familiar meat all didn’t check,but the supermarket rate of antiseptic reachet 30%.The fluoride content of the supermarket rate was 10% in tea sample and the monitor result of 12 organic P indexin in the vegetablethe and aluminum in the floor was all low in the national capacity standard.Conclusion:In addition to Cd in the pig kidney and the antiseptic,and the food additives in the edible germ,other foods in this area are not seriously polluted.
