【Abstract】 Printed circuit boards (PCBs) are the basis of electronic industry. With the sharp increase of electronic waste, the reclaimation of PCBs has become a critical research field. Introduced several recovery and disposal methods of epoxy resin, such as physical recycling, pyrolysis, supercritical fluids, chemical impregnant recycling.
