【Abstract】 The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal medium for the growth of yeast-like conidia of Tremella aurantiabla Bandoni et M. Zang was CBS medium composed with 3% corn powder, 1% soybean powder, 0.5% sucrose, 0.1%KH2PO4 , 0.05% MgSO4 and the initial pH. Fermented under this condition,the crude polysaccharide rate in fermentation liquid was14.3g·L-1,the polysaccharide content in crude polysaccharide was 77.1%.更多还原
