【摘要】 目的初步探讨青蒿琥酯对慢性湿疹患者外周血Th1、Th2细胞表达和IgE水平的影响。方法慢性湿疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞经过与不同浓度的青蒿琥酯体外培养后,采用ELISA方法检测其上清液IgE水平;用流式细胞仪方法测定其Th1、Th2细胞的变化。结果①青蒿琥酯可以抑制慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞Th1细胞的表达,促进慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞Th2细胞的表达,而且呈现一定的剂量依赖性;②青蒿琥酯可以抑制慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞的IgE分泌。结论青蒿琥酯可以通过调节慢性湿疹外周血患者淋巴细胞Th1、Th2细胞表达,减少IgE的分泌。青蒿琥酯有望成为治疗慢性湿疹的一个新的药物选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of artesunate on T cell function from chronic eczema patients.Methods T cells from chronic eczema patients were cultured with artesunate in defferent level.The IgE level was detected by ELISA methods and the expression of Th1/Th2 was detected by flow cytometric methods.Results ①Artesunate could decrease the prevalence of Th1 cell and increase the prevalence of Th2 cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cell from chronic eczema patients in different level; ②Artesunate could decrease the secretion of IgE of peripheral blood mononuclear cell from chronic eczema patients in different level.Conclusion Artesunate could regulate the expression of Th1/Th2 cells and decreased the secretion of IgE of T cells from chronic eczema patients.Artesunate might play an important role in the treatment of chronic eczema in future.更多还原
