【摘要】 目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折的效果。方法21例骨盆骨折按Tile分类确定为不稳定性骨盆骨折,行切开复位内固定。结果随访17例,平均随访15个月。骨折愈合,骨盆环无畸形,下地行走,无腰腿痛及步态异常。结论不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study results of open reduction and internal fixation to unstable pelvic fractures.Methods 21 patients unstable pelvic fracture according Tile classification had been treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Results 17 cases were followed up,the average was 15 months.The results showed that all cases with fractures got healed.The pelvic abnormity was rectified without pain and gait disturbance.Conclusion The results are satisfied of unstable pelvic fractures are treated by open reduction and internal fixation operation.更多还原
