【摘要】 目的分析高频超声诊断膝关节疾病的应用价值,探讨超声和X线检查在诊断膝关节炎方面的实际应用。方法将90例膝关节炎患者分别行超声和X线检查,对各自的诊断敏感性和特异性诊断指标进行统计学处理。结果超声对于滑膜增厚、关节腔积液、腘窝囊肿、半月板损伤等较敏感;X线对骨赘、关节间隙、骨质疏松显示良好。结论对于膝关节病变,超声与X线检查相结合,诊断更加全面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this paper,the service value of Ultrasonography for diagnosis of gonarthritis is analyzed,and the inspection of gonarthritis with Ultrasonography and X-ray is also discussed in practice.Methods90 patients were assigned with gonarthritis to accept Ultrasonography and X-ray inspection respectively,and the sensitivity and specificity resulting were studyed from these two methods statistically.ResultsThe outcome indicates that the Ultrasonography is more sensitive to the incrassation of the synovium,the hydrocele of the joint and the hydatoncus of the knee hollow,while the X-ray performs better in the exposure of osteophyma,the joint gap and osteoporosis.ConclusionTherefore,with the combination of the Ultrasonography and X-ray,the diagnosis of gonarthritis can be more comprehensively.更多还原
