【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antitussive action of dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules.Methods Dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules of lasting antitussive were observed by acid citric induced cough model of guinea pig.ammonia water induced cough model of mouse.Results Dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules of antitussive action last 4 hours.Conclusion Dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules has lasting and operative antitussive action.更多还原
